COMCAST-SPECTACOR FOUNDATION, CSN AND SUNCOAST MORTGAGE ESTABLISH 'GOALS FOR CHANGE'

PARTNERSHIP SUPPORTS YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS IN THE GREATER PHILADELPHIA REGION

Philadelphia, Pa. – October 3, 2007 – The Comcast-Spectacor Foundation and Comcast SportsNet have partnered with Suncoast Mortgage Corporation to raise funds for youth organizations in the Greater Philadelphia Region. Suncoast Mortgage will donate five cents for every certified youth hockey goal scored at any of the four Flyers Skate Zone locations to support the “Goals For Change” program.

“We are excited to create this partnership and help underprivileged youths in our region with this new program,” said Suncoast Mortgage owner Mike McDonald. “The Comcast-Spectacor Foundation does many wonderful things and we’re happy to be working so closely with them.”

Special “Goals For Change” puck-shaped kiosks have been installed in area Flyers Skate Zone locations, including Voorhees, NJ, Northeast Philadelphia, Pennsauken, NJ, and Atlantic City, NJ, where fans can donate money directly to the program. The initiative will benefit local youth hockey programs and other area youth organizations.

“Suncoast Mortgage hopes that other businesses and organizations in the area will help us achieve this goal,” said McDonald.

“We are fortunate to partner with a valued sponsor like Suncoast Mortgage who has a high regard for making a difference in the community,” said Comcast-Spectacor Foundation Senior Vice President Mary Ann Saleski. “We hope to achieve many goals together, both on and off the ice.”
